Feel Good Favors: Give the Gift of Beauty

There was a time when getting pampered was the highlight of my week. Making time for a new hair do, manicure, or facial always put a smile on my face. However as time progressed spending Saturdays at the spa was replaced by shopping for things I needed. People like myself can get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we forget to take a moment for ourselves, but self-care is very important. Therefore, this year I am gifting friends and family a “Feel Good Favor.” Maybe they

don’t have time to schedule a spa appointment, or the money to make it to the salon. However, it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t still enjoy that special time. My goal for the holiday season is to

bring that feel-good feeling to them.

The purpose of Feel Good Favors is to ensure the people

close to me make time to treat themselves. Remember, “Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, even you.”
